The Black Ruby Bramble

Ingredients
45ml Johnnie Walker Black Ruby
3-4 Blackberries (lightly muddled in glass)
15ml Sugar Syrup (or 1 Tbsp Sugar)
15ml Lemon Juice
What You Need
Tumbler glass
Cocktail shaker
Muddler
METHOD
Muddle the blackberries in a glass then add all ingredients to a shaker, add cubed ice and hard shake for 10-12 seconds.
Double strain into a tumbler glass, then fill with crushed ice.
Garnish with 2 Blackberries dusted with icing sugar and sprig of fresh mint
