Beneath the streets of Edinburgh, in a hidden atelier below Johnnie Walker Princes Street, our Master Blender Dr Emma Walker practises a craft centuries in the making. Around her rests a selection of 500 of the world's rarest whiskies, aged, precious, and in some cases irreplaceable. Each is personally chosen and rotated from the over 10 million casks available to her. From them, she blends personal, unforgettable stories and tastes.
