Add 40ml Johnnie Walker, 60ml pineapple juice, and 10ml lime juice into a shaking tin. Squeeze 30ml Coco Lopez (Coconut Syrup) and add a pinch of salt into tin.
Add cubed ice to tin, shake and strain into an ice filled glass.
Float Double Black on top of the drink (optional.)
Add pineapple wedge and leaf.
