0.6oz Château du Breuil
0.3oz Amaro Montenegro
1oz Soured pink grapefruit juice (fresh grapefruit juice with 10g lactic acid)
Garnish: dehydrated apple wheel

What You Need

Cocktail shaker
Coupette glass

METHOD

Add all ingredients, except the dehydrated apple wheel, to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake for 10 seconds or untl it feels really cold.
Strain into a coupette glass, and garnish with the dehydrated apple wheel.
