Visitors are more than welcome to visit the Johnnie Walker Princes Street shop without taking part of any of the tours offered.

Children over the age of eight are welcome on the Journey of Flavour tour with a valid ticket and must be accompanied by an adult 18 years+ at all times. Please note that children under the age of 8 are not permitted on the Journey of Flavour tour due to health & safety reasons. All other tours and experiences are suitable for 18 years+ only. We do operate a 'Challenge 25 Policy' and guests who wish to enjoy alcoholic drinks during the experience may be asked to show an ID card as proof of age.

Unfortunately we cannot accept digital copies.

We are delighted to confirm that Johnnie Walker Princes Street is fully accessible, and we have consulted with Euan’s Guide to provide accessibility information in advance.
Our tours are fully accessible with elevator access to all floors as well as wheelchairs lifts between shorter levels. We also have a wheelchair for guests to use which is available upon request and subject to availability.

Our Journey of Flavour Tour is highly immersive and uses a combination of flashing lights, media, music, sensory moments and special effects that may not be suitable for all audiences.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome in the Johnnie Walker shop retail area. Assistance dogs are welcome in our bars and experience areas.

We do not have any lockers or luggage storage facilities at Johnnie Walker Princes Street. Guests are welcome to bring luggage with them on their tour, but we do have limited space, and guests must be responsible for their belongings at all times. We do not advise bringing large pieces of luggage or golf bags, however if you do need a place to store items such as these, there are multiple luggage storage facilities throughout Edinburgh city centre.
