Ingredients
50ml Johnnie Walker Black Ruby
25ml sweet vermouth
10ml Creme de Mure (or any berry liqueur)
10ml Pedro Ximenez (or Ruby Port)
A dash of Angostura Bitters
Garnish: 1 blackberry
What You Need
Martini glass
Mixing glass
Bar spoon
METHOD
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass, fill to the top with cubed ice, stir to chill and combine ingredients for 15 seconds.
Strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with a single blackberry in the base of the glass.
