Ingredients
35ml Johnnie Walker Black Ruby
3 blackberries (or any dark berry of your choice)
120ml soda water
Garnish: skewered blackberry and lemon wheel
What You Need
Highball glass
Cocktail muddler
METHOD
Add 3 blackberries to a highball glass and muddle until broken down.
Add Johnnie Walker Black Ruby to the glass and mix in. Add cubed ice to the top, and pour in chilled soda water. Gently stir until all the ingredients are incorporated.
Garnish with a skewered blackberry and a lemon wedge.
