Chai Old Fashioned
A rich and aromatic take on a classic, the Chai Old Fashioned is the perfect digestif, and features the warming flavours of Indian chai.

Ingredients
30ml Johnnie Walker Blue Label x Rahul Mishra
15ml Chai syrup
5ml Lime juice
20ml Jersey milk (high-fat cow’s milk)
Garnish: edible flower and star anise
What You Need
Batching container
Mixing glass
Cheesecloth/coffee filter
Rock glass
METHOD
Add Johnnie Walker Blue Label, chai syrup and bitters to a batching container. Add 20ml Jersey milk (per cocktail), integrating slowly, without excessive agitation.
Strain the mix through a cheesecloth or coffee filter until clarified, and chill. When ready to serve, add 65ml cocktail mix to mixing glass filled with ice.
Stir for 10-15 seconds until diluted and strain over a large ice cube. Garnish with an edible flower and a star anise.
