Mix Your Own

Ingredients

  • 50ml Johnnie Walker Black Ruby

  • 30ml Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 10ml Honey Water (2:1)

  • 30ml Fresh Egg White

  • 10ml Raspberry Syrup

  • Garnish: skewered raspberry and mint leaf

What You Need

  • Cocktail shaker

  • Coupette glass

METHOD

  • Add all of the ingredients to a shaker.

  • For 8 seconds, dry shake without ice.

  • Then add cubed ice and hard shake for 8-10 seconds before double straining into a Coupette glass.

  • Garnish with a skewered raspberry and a mint leaf.
