Exclusive to our Explorers’ Bothy bar, this must-try tasting experience serves exceptional whisky cocktails alongside small pairing plates crafted and created by renowned chefs James and Maria Close of the two Michelin Star restaurant, Raby Hunt.

With a new menu available on Wednesdays & Thursdays, 6.30pm until late (last sitting 8.30pm), you can choose from 4, 6 courses or a la carte, and be one of the first to enjoy these incredible flavour combinations and have your senses stirred.

Revel in the flavours of the four corner distilleries that masterfully blend together to create Johnnie Walker. Savour four expertly made cocktails, each perfectly paired with delectable small plates inspired by the distinct regional variations of Glenkinchie, Cardhu, Caol Ila, and Clynelish. Menu is seasonal & subject to change.
