A modern classic. The Penicillin cocktail was created in New York in 2005. With its unique pairing of sweet, spicy ginger and aromatic bitters, the Penicillin drink is a bartender favourite.
How to make a Whisky Penicillin

COMBINE
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add 45ml Johnnie Walker, 15ml Ginger Liqueur, 22ml 1:1 Honey Syrup, 22ml Lemon Juice and 2 dashes Aromatic Bitters

Serve
Shake hard for 5-7 seconds to blend the ingredients.

Finish
Strain and serve into a tumbler with fresh ice.

Garnish
Add a slice of fresh or crystallized ginger to finish.
