Ingredients

  • ½ oz of Bori Cha syrup ​

  • ½ oz Lemon Juice​

  • Club Soda

  • Lemon Peel for Garnish

What You Need

  • Highball glass

  • Stirrer

  • Ice column

METHOD

  • Steep 6 teabags in 10 oz piping hot water for about 20 minutes.

  • In a separate glass, mix two parts honey with one part tea till syrup becomes thick and dark honey colour.
