An ideal aperitif featuring notes of sweet maple, warming cinnamon, creamy toffee and vanilla.
1 Bottle Angostura Bitters
100g Raisins or dried apricots
2 Cinnamon sticks
1 Knob of ginger
10ml Maple syrup
4 Dashes of bitters to glass with ice
Garnish: Orange slice
