An ideal aperitif featuring notes of sweet maple, warming cinnamon, creamy toffee and vanilla.
Infuse 1 Bottle Angostura Bitters with 100g Raisins or Dried Apricots, 2 Cinnamon Sticks and Knob of Ginger for 24 hours and strain.
10ml Maple Syrup
4 dashes of bitters to glass with ice
A slice of Orange
Coupe glass
50ml Johnnie Walker Black Label
