Mango Highball
Sweet and zesty, the Mango Highball delivers the taste of India's vibrancy with flavours of mango, lime and ginger.
Mix Your Own
Ingredients
20ml Mango syrup
10ml Fresh ginger juice
15ml Lime juice
90ml Soda water
A pinch of saffron
Garnish: fresh curry leaf
What You Need
Highball glass
Cocktail shaker
Barspoon
METHOD
Add all ingredients, except soda water and curry leaf, to a cocktail shaker.
Add ice to the shaker and shake for 5 seconds. Strain into a chilled highball glass filled with ice and top up with soda water. Mix with a barspoon.
Garnish with the aromatic curry leaf and serve.
