    Fill a tall glass with 50ml Johnnie Walker Red Label

    Add 20ml Japanese yuzu

  • III

    Add 15ml Mexican jalapeño syrup

  • IV

    Top with Jamaican ginger

  • V

    Add all ingredients (excluding the ginger beer) to a shaker and shake. Strain into a highball glass and top up with ginger beer.

    Garnish with green chilli
