INGREDIENTS:
• 1.25 oz Johnnie Walker Red Label Scotch Whisky
• 0.25 oz Blue curacao
• 4 oz Ginger Ale
• 2 Dashes lemon bitters
• Mint Sprig
METHOD:
1. Add 1.25 oz Johnnie Walker Red Label Scotch Whisky, 0.25 oz Blue Curacao, 4 oz ginger ale, and 2 dashes lemon bitters in a highball glass
2. Add ice to the glass
3. Stir for 2 seconds
4. Garnish with a mint sprig
