1. Add all ingredients in a mixing tin.
2. Add ice and shake vigorously.
3. Strain over ice in a rocks glass.
4. Garnish with a flaming passionfruit and grate cinnamon on top.
For the flaming passionfruit, cut a passionfruit in half as only one half will be used as the garnish. Place the halved passionfruit atop the cocktail making sure the exposed flesh is facing up. Add just a bit of over proof alcohol into the exposed flesh of the halved passionfruit ensuring it does not overflow and spill into the cocktail. Light on fire. Grate Cinnamon over the flames and serve.
