INGREDIENTS:
• 1 oz Johnnie Walker Black Label Scotch Whisky
• 0.25 oz Crème de menthe
• 0.25 oz Brown sugar syrup
• Black Coffee
• Whipped cream
• Nutmeg
METHOD:
1. Fill an Irish Coffee glass with hot water and let stand for a few minutes to warm
2. Pour out the water and add the 0.25 oz brown sugar syrup, 1 oz Johnnie Walker Black Label Scotch Whisky and coffee
3. Stir to combine and top with a layer of heavy cream the width of your thumb
4. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg
