Created by Asia’s 50 Best Bar Tippling Club and Diageo World Class Finalist Jon Lee, the cocktail is a modern take on a simple and approachable Whisky Highball that uses Rojak with key character notes of sweet, sour and a hint of spice as the key flavour profile. "Rojak' is Malay for "eclectic mix", and was inspired by Singapore’s melting pot of cultures and traditions.
