Yvonne Chan, formerly of The Old man and Quinary, is the head bartender of Argo Bar at Four Season Hotel. Yvonne’s also openly recognized to be Hong Kong’s top 10 female bartenders. The most surprising thing is, she only has a total of 5 years of bartending experience. But her inexperience hasn’t stopped her from pushing herself. From bartending competitions to rotating between different bars for work experience, Yvonne and her Walker spirit boldly march on. The Walker spirit within motivates her to take bigger leaps and strides than those who come before.
