As the senior bartender of The St. Regis Bar, Taki’s a rising superstar. She’s a bona fide innovator — infusing the idea of ‘healthy living’ with the drinking culture of Hong Kong in her creations. Her drink, the BLK6, went on to win second place in Diageo World Class Competition Hong Kong & Macau 2021. From a media design graduate to an experienced bartender, Taki marched steadily on these past seven years.
