Ingredients

  • 40ml of Johnnie Walker Blenders' Batch Espresso Roast

    20ml of premium coffee liqueur

    20ml of sweet vermouth

    1 lemon zest

Method

  • I

    Stir all ingredients, including lemon zest, over cubed ice in a mixing glass.

    Strain into a chilled coupette. 

  • III

    Garnish with elegant lemon zest and a single drop of truffle oil in the centre of the liquid.

    Garnish with an aromatised orange twist
