How to make a Rob Roy

  1. COMBINE

    Add 60ml Johnnie Walker, 30ml Sweet Vermouth and 2 dashes Aromatic Bitters to an ice-filled glass. Stir well.

  2. Serve

    Strain and serve neat in a cocktail glass.

  3. Finish

    Twist a piece of orange zest over the glass to release the aromatic oils.

  4. Garnish

    Finish with a twist of orange peel or a brandied cherry.
